Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to the public Saaso website, Saaso owner accounts, delegated access, prepaid top-up balance, feature activation, and use of the product surfaces made available through Saaso.
1. Scope of these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Saaso public website, Saaso owner accounts, delegated-user access, top-up balance purchases, feature activation, and all software surfaces made available under the Saaso brand. By accessing Saaso, creating an account, using a feature, or purchasing top-up balance, you agree to these terms.
If you use Saaso on behalf of a company, team, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. In that situation, references to “you” also include the workspace, company, or entity you represent.
2. Saaso account model
Saaso is provided as one account environment with feature-based product surfaces. An owner account may activate or deactivate specific features, invite delegated users, manage access levels, and maintain a prepaid balance used for feature-related charges.
Delegated-user access is feature-specific. A delegated user may receive read access or write access depending on the permissions configured by the owner. Owners remain responsible for how delegated users are invited, managed, and used inside the workspace.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may only use Saaso if you can lawfully enter into a binding contract and if your use of the product complies with applicable law. You may not use Saaso for fraudulent conduct, unlawful content, unauthorized surveillance, abusive automation, harmful network behavior, or any use that could damage the integrity, safety, or reputation of the product.
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate another person, harvest credentials, abuse demo access, overload the service, or interfere with other users, infrastructure, or connected payment flows.
4. Feature activation and prepaid top-up balance
Saaso uses a prepaid balance model. When you purchase a top-up, value is added to your workspace balance in dollars. Activated features may consume balance according to the daily pricing model shown on the public website and in the product. Charges apply while a feature remains active under the applicable billing logic of that feature.
Top-up balance is not a bank account, deposit account, stored-value instrument for general consumer spending, or regulated escrow product. It is a prepaid product balance for the Saaso environment only. The balance may be used solely inside Saaso according to these terms and the feature billing model shown in the product.
5. Purchases and Merchant of Record
For applicable card and related checkout flows, purchases may be processed through Paddle or another designated merchant-of-record provider. Where a merchant-of-record is used, that provider may appear on invoices, receipts, tax documents, payment descriptors, and refund processing flows.
You are responsible for ensuring that the billing information you provide is complete, current, and accurate. If a payment provider declines, reverses, or later disputes a payment, we may suspend access, remove unused purchased balance, or take other reasonable steps needed to protect the product and its payment integrity.
6. Refunds and consumed balance
Refund eligibility is governed by the public Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, balance already consumed through feature usage is non-refundable. Only eligible unused purchased balance may be considered for refund, subject to the published refund rules, fraud review, compliance review, and the original payment flow used for the purchase.
Promotional balance, grants, credits added manually by administrators, or test balance are not refundable unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.
7. Data, workspace responsibility, and delegated users
You are responsible for the data entered, uploaded, scheduled, or generated inside your workspace. This includes operational records, messages, files, customer or vendor references, booking-related records, planning records, bookkeeping entries, recurring task content, and any other content stored in an active feature.
If you invite delegated users, you are responsible for granting suitable access levels and for monitoring continued need for that access. You must remove access that is no longer appropriate. Delegated users with read access must only be used for observation or review, not for backdoor operational access.
8. Suspension, restriction, and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud risk, abuse, unlawful conduct, payment disputes, non-payment, security incidents, policy violations, or product integrity concerns. We may also pause or disable a feature if continuing access would create operational, legal, compliance, or safety risk.
You may stop using Saaso at any time. Deactivating features may stop future feature charges, but it does not reverse charges already applied before deactivation. Deleting or abandoning an account does not automatically create a refund right.
9. Availability and product changes
We aim to keep Saaso available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature parity, or perfect compatibility with every browser, device, network, wallet, or third-party integration. Features may evolve, be revised, be paused, or be removed as the product changes.
We may modify public feature descriptions, billing behavior, product limits, demo flows, delegated access flows, and UI behavior where reasonably necessary to improve the product, comply with legal obligations, reduce abuse, or maintain operational quality.
10. Intellectual property
Saaso, including its public pages, internal interfaces, product copy, branding, design system, software logic, and related materials, remains our property or the property of our licensors. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Saaso for its intended purpose during the period your access remains active and compliant.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, create derivative services from, or unlawfully exploit any part of Saaso except to the extent mandatory law expressly permits despite this restriction.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Saaso is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for every specific workflow, or suitable for regulated, tax, legal, or safety-critical use without your own review and controls.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability relating to Saaso is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Saaso services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we may revise the public page and update the published “last updated” date. Continued use of Saaso after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms, unless mandatory law requires a different process.
